That is what you paid for. Upon completion of a project all materials will be provided to you. We want your business because you value our service, not because we are holding your materials hostage. Furthermore, we also recommend that all clients should own their own domains, and keep a master password to all hosting accounts.
Dedication
You will always have an open line of communication. Too many times we've heard horror stories of the web guy that disappeared, often with the source code, graphics and passwords to the website. We've never had to terminate a relationship with a client before. But if for some reason we could no longer serve the clients needs, we would notify them in a formal letter.

Vaughn started his internet career in the AOL Greenhouse Studio of America Online in the early 90's. A seminal workshop of internet thought, creativity, and development. From there went on to develop solutions for many corporate and small business clients and employers. He has been gleefully conceptualizing, developing and delivering internet solutions for one-man shops to major international brands ever since.
